Art 2.° Traspásense las siguientes pensiones:

La del Prócer de la Independencia, Coronel Vicente Ramírez, se le seguirá pagando desde la fecha del fallecimiento del expresado Prócer, á su esposa, la señora Teodolinda Hernández de Ramírez;

La de que disfrutaba la señora Margarita Carreño de Santamaría, pasará á su hija la señora Lucrecia Santamaría de Pulido;

La de que gozaba la señora Juliana Caldas pasará á su hija Dolores, nieta del Prócer de la Independencia Francisco J. de Caldas.
