Desarrollo tecnológico del Registro Nacional de Zonas Deforestadas. El Ideam dentro de los doce (12) meses a partir de la expedición del presente decreto, desarrollará el módulo del Registro Nacional de Zonas Deforestadas, dentro del Sistema de Monitoreo de Bosques y Carbono (SMByC).

Parágrafo

El Registro Nacional de Zonas Deforestadas podrá ser objeto de consulta por parte de los ciudadanos, una vez se encuentre disponible en el Sistema de Monitoreo de Bosques y Carbono (SMByC).
