Aplicación de normas de la presente parte a los Fondos de Inversión Colectiva del Mercado Monetario. A los fondos de inversión colectiva del Mercado Monetario a que se refiere el presente libro, le serán aplicables las reglas previstas en la presente parte del presente decreto, siempre que no resulten incompatibles con la naturaleza propia de tales fondos y no se opongan a las reglas especiales previstas en este libro.
