Articulo 1° El Gobierno procederá a efectuar los estudios de obras de irrigación, desecación y electrificación en el Departamento, como el Magdalena, Sinú, San Jorge, Cauca, Mojana, etc., y las demás corrientes de agua técnicamente aprovechables mediante contrato que celebrará con la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero o con el Eléctrico, o conjuntamente con dichas entidades.
