Art. 22. Quedan derogados el Decreto número 479 de 6 de Septiembre de 1882 publicado en el Diario Oficial número 5,649, reformados los artículos 95 en su

Parágrafo 1

y 115 del Decreto número 660 de 1881. Se revocan las resoluciones de 5 y de 30 de Agosto de 1884 y 25 de Febrero de 1886, dictados por el Ministerio de Guerra y publicadas, respectivamente, en el Diario Oficial números 6,176, 6,187 y 6,609, y todos los Decretos y disposiciones contrarios al presente. Publíquese.
