DIMAR. Con los recursos del portafolio de la Dirección General Marítima - DIMAR - se podrán financiar inversiones hasta por la suma de $30 mil millones, en el sector de Defensa durante la vigencia fiscal 2017. La DIMAR transferirá estos recursos al Tesoro Nacional y hará los ajustes contables a que haya lugar.
