Comité Asesor de Evaluación de Servicios de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada. La Superintendencia tendrá un Comité Asesor de Evaluación de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada, integrado por: • El Ministro de Defensa Nacional quien lo presidirá o su delegado. • El Director General de la Policía Nacional o su delegado • El Superintendente de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada. • El Director del Departamento de Control Comercio de Armas, Municiones y Explosivos, o quien haga sus veces.

Parágrafo

El Secretario General de la Superintendencia, o quien haga sus veces, actuará como Secretario del Comité Asesor de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada.
