Si el acta de organización, los estatutos y demás documentos presentados satisfacen los requisitos legales, el Superintendente pondrá sobre cada ejemplar la expresión "presentado para revisarlo", con su firma, el sello de la entidad y la fecha. Si los documentos no cumplen aquellos requisitos, serán devueltos a los interesados para su corrección, con indicación de las correspondientes observaciones.
