Artículo único. Adiciónase la liquidación general del Presupuesto Nacional de gastos para el año fiscal de 1° de marzo de 1918 a 28 de febrero de 1919, con la cantidad de veinte mil pesos ( $ 20,000), que llevará la siguiente imputación : MINISTERI DE OBRAS PUBLICAS Capitulo 67 Carreteras, caminos de herradura y puentes. Artículo 624 . Para la carretera del Sur (Pasto a Barbacoas) Total $ 20,000 $ 20,000

Parágrafo

La Dirección General de la Contabilidad Nacional, la Oficina Central de Ordenación, la de Reconocimientos del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y las pagadoras respectivas describirán en sus libros los asíentos a que da lugar el presente Decreto. Publíquese.
