El Gobierno abrirá un Registro Nacional de Aeródromos, en el cual deben figurar los aeródromos o aeropuertos autorizados como tal.

Parágrafo

Un acto traslaticio del dominio de una aeródromo o aeropuerto, o que lo grave o limite, no tendrá validez sin que se haya efectuado la debida anotación en el Registro Nacional de Aeródromos.
