Los candidatos podrán en el acto mismo del escrutinio presentar reclamaciones por escrito, las cuales serán resueltas por el Jefe de la Unidad de personal o por quien haga sus veces de la respectiva entidad o de las regionales o seccionales. Resueltas las reclamaciones o solicitudes, el Jefe de Personal o quien haga sus veces publicará los resultados de las votaciones.
