Artículo único. Aplázase por el perentorio término de dos meses, contados de hoy en adelante, los efectos del Decreto aludido.

Parágrafo

En consecuencia el término de tres meses de que habla el artículo 2° del referido decreto, empezará a correr desde el día 7 del mes de marzo próximo. Dado en Anolaima a 7 de enero de 1914. CARLOS E. RESTREPO Bogotá, 7 de enero de 1914. El ministro del Tesoro, Carlos n. ROSALES
