Hará cumplir, estrictamente, en lo que se refiere á estos establecimientos de educación cualquiera que sea el carácter de ellos, todas las leyes, decretos y disposiciones vigentes y acuerdos de la Junta central de Higiene, y visitará, sin dar previo aviso, los comedores, para cerciorarse por, sí mismo de la alimentación, dormitorios, etc. De todo esto dará informe mensual ó diario, según el caso al Ministerio.
