La República rinde homenaje de gratitud y admiración a los eminentes ciudadanos y doctores Angel Martín Vásquez Abad, José J. Gómez, Eduardo Fernández Botero, Hernán Toro Agudelo y Eudoro González Gómez, quienes prestaron grandes servicios al país, como Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y del Tribunal Superior de Medellín, altos funcionarios del Estado colombiano y parlamentarios, engrandecieron la cátedra universitaria con su sabiduría y dejaron lección perenne a las juventudes con sus obras jurídicas.
