Artículo sexto. Exímese a la Lotería de Beneficencia del Departamento del Valle de todo impuesto de carácter nacional, correspondiente al sorteo extraordinario efectuado en el mes de diciembre de 1951. En consecuecia, el Gobierno Nacional procederá a devolver las sumas recibidas por dicho concepto.
