Información y abono. El Departamento Nacional de Planeación, establecerá, mediante acto administrativo, el monto asignado a cada entidad territorial por concepto de los recursos a que se refiere el artículo 48 de la Ley 863 de 2003, el cual debe informar al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público para su abono, a más tardar el último día hábil del mes de agosto de cada año, y a las entidades territoriales beneficiarias mediante comunicación y publicación en la página web del Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
