Artículo Tercero. Una veas establecido el precio del inmueble que la Nación ha de transferir al Instituto de Crédito Territorial y presentados por esta entidad los planes de que trata el artículo anterior, se celebrará entre el Instituto y el Ministerio de Obras Públicas el correspondiente contrato en el cual se determinen y detallen los planes que deban seguirse en la construcción de las viviendas ordenadas por el artículo 2° de la Ley 96 de 1. 958 y se establezca para el Instituto la obligación impuesta por el artículo 6° de la citada Ley.
