ARTICULO 13. De las Funciones de la División de Asistencia Técnica e Investigación de la Dirección de Vivienda y Construcción.- Corresponde a esta División las siguientes funciones

Proponer los instrumentos de asistencia técnica y financieros relacionados con el sector, así como los mecanismos utilizados para su implementación, a las entidades nacionales, departamentales y municipales;

Propiciar la elaboración y orientación de los estudios e investigaciones de necesidades del sector;

Desarrollar las demás actividades que le asigne la ley o el reglamento.
