Artículo cuarto. Los cargos de perito, cuando los dictámenes que hayan de rendirse versen exclusivamente sobre materias relacionadas con la actividad rural o sobre aprovechamiento del suelo y de los recursos naturales renovables, se encomendarán preferencialmente a los profesionales matriculados.
