º Prueba pericial. La inspección ocular se practicara, con intervención de peritos, cuando sea solicitada por los interesados y siempre que estos sufraguen los gastos de la práctica de la diligencia y de él se correrá traslado por título y cubiertos por el solicitante, antes de la fecha de práctica de la diligencia. Los peritos serán dos (2), designados por el instituto de las listas del cuerpo especial de peritos para la reforma agraria del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi.
