Los Inspectores examinaran en cada Municipio si los alcaldes han enviado oportunamente a la oficina nacional de identificación electoral los desprendibles serie "B" de la cédula; las tarjetas dactiloscópicas y los negativos fotográficos de los ciudadanos cedulados, y dispondrán, en caso de que no se hubiere cumplido ese requisito, que dicho material se remita sin pérdida de tiempo.
