Artículo quinto. En adelante, los enfermos de lepra dados de alta en los sanatorios (antes lazaretos), cualquiera sea el estado de la enfermedad podrán abandonar libremente tales establecimientos. En este evento, darán aviso a los Directores de los mismos a fin de que el valor del respectivo subsidio, les pueda ser girado al lugar en donde establecieren su residencia.
