Artículo quinto. La Empresa Puertos de Colombia y los arrendatarios de áreas cubiertas o descubiertas de que trata el artículo 1º de este Decreto, en ejercicio de la custodia de mercancías que reciban, deberán organizar su propio servicio de vigilancia interna de dichas áreas, de acuerdo con los reglamentos que al efecto dicte la Dirección General de Aduanas.
