ARTICULO 4 º. En ningún caso la remuneración total de los empleados públicos a quienes se aplica el presente decreto, podrá exceder a la que se fija para los Ministros y Directores de Departamento Administrativo por concepto de asignación básica y gastos de representación. Cuando la remuneración total de un funcionario supere el límite fijado en el inciso anterior, se aplicará lo dispuesto en el artículo 30 del Decreto Extraordinario 1042 de 1978.
