INVESTIGACION POR LA PROCURADURIA. En cualquier momento, la Procuraduría General de la Nación podrá iniciar o asumir los procesos disciplinarios, caso en el cual el Departamento deberá suspender las diligencias que estuviere adelantando y pondrá a su disposición todos los documentos que sean pertinentes. No obstante lo anterior, el Departamento, podrá hacer uso de la suspensión provisional prevista en el artículo 81 de este Decreto, oficiosamente o a petición de la Procuraduría.
