En adelante el Gobierno no podrá emitir bonos de ninguna clase para cubrir las subvenciones que se pagan en esa clase de documentos, por cantidad que exceda a aquella para cuyo servicio de intereses y amortización se haya destinado la partida necesaria en la Ley de Apropiaciones de la respectiva vigencia.
