Para los fines de que trata el artículo 4º de esta Ley, ábrase al presupuesto Nacional de la actual vigencia el siguiente crédito adicional:

Gastos y varios.

Artículo. Para entregar al Banco Agrícola Hipotecario la primera partida de ciento cincuenta mil pesos destinada al fomento del ahorro $ 150.000
