El comisario especial del putumayo, el comandante de la guarnición militar acantonada allí, y el vicario apostólico del Caquetá, putumayo y amazonas, harán la distribucion equitativa del auxilio en proporción a la cuantía de los perjuicios sufridos por los damnificados, previas las comprobaciones y formalidades que establezca el gobierno al reglamentar esta Ley.
