Art. 38. Desde el dia en que cada una de las oficinas telegráficas reciba el presente decreto, dejará de adherir estampillas en los despachos. La cuenta de esa especia se cerrará i enviará con la existencia a la respectiva Administracion de Hacienda. La fecha del recibo del decreto la comunicarán los telegrafistas por telegrama al Administrador principal de Hacienda de que dependen.
