El que ha pesar de la prohibición de autoridad competente organice o dirija reuniones en las plazas o vías públicas, será castigado por ese solo hecho con multa de dos a diez pesos, y si el hecho causa algún desorden, con arresto por tres a veinte días, y multa de cinco a treinta pesos.
