Adiciónese Un Parágrafo Al Artículo 152 Del Decreto 390 De 2016, El Cual Quedará Así: “ Parágrafo

Decreto 349 de 2018 · por el cual se modifican los Decretos 2685 de 1999 y 390 de 2016 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Parágrafo

al artículo 152 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Cuando la solicitud de clasificación contenga documentos o información incompleta, se podrá requerir información adicional dentro de los cuarenta y cinco (45) días siguientes al recibo de la solicitud, y los términos de respuesta serán de dos (2) meses contados a partir de la fecha del requerimiento de información adicional. De no suministrarse conforme a lo exigido se entenderá que se ha desistido de la solicitud. El requerimiento de información y/o documentación adicional suspende los términos previstos en este artículo ”.
