Los sueldos de los Magistrados del Consejo de Estado serán de seiscientos pesos ($ 600.00) mensuales cada uno, con excepción del Designado que lo presida, cuya asignación será la misma que regía antes de entrar en vigencia el Decreto Legislativo número 136 de 1932.

Auméntase en un veinte por ciento (20 por 100) los sueldos del personal subalterno del mismo Consejo.
