Apruébase en todas sus partes el Decreto número 64, del 1º. de febrero del presente año, de la Inspección Nacional de Dirección Pública de La Goajira y Nevada, por el cual se sustituyen dos Directores de Escuelas Nacionales por otras dos; se sustituye una Directora por un Director de Escuela, y se dispone que esta última Escuela se traslade de la Punta de los Remedios a Dibulla.
