Hasta tanto se haga efectivo el traslado de la documentación a que se refiere el artículo anterior, las Cámaras de Comercio en cumplimiento de los principios de celeridad y eficacia, continuarán expidiendo las respectivas certificaciones con respecto a los registros realizados en las mismas.
