La orden que disponga la entrega definitiva de los bienes a que se refiere este artículo, se cumplirá mediante la restitución de los mismos o de otros del mismo género, cantidad, calidad, o mediante el pago del valor que ellos tengan en la fecha en que quede ejecutoriada la respectiva decisión.
