Ratificase a la Oficina de Cambios del Banco de la República la autorización para aprobar al Icetex las divisas necesarias que requiera el cabal desarrollo de sus programas en el Exterior, ciñéndose a las partidas asignadas en los presupuestos de ingresos y egresos de monedas extranjeras que elabora periódicamente la Junta Monetaria de conformidad con el artículo 11 Decreto 444 de 1967.
