Los Sistemas de Transporte Terrestre Masivos de Pasajeros consumidores de ACPM que se encuentran operando a la fecha de expedición de este Decreto serán considerados como Grandes Consumidores Individuales No Intermediarios de ACPM a partir del 1° de enero de 2005, únicamente respecto del consumo que sea superior a 21.000 barriles mensuales”.
