Cuando haya de verificarse una elección popular después de tres meses de revisado el censo respectivo, el Jurado Electoral se reunirá por el término de quince días para inscribir las altas y bajas de los electores que hayan adquirido el derecho de votar o que lo hayan perdido. Tal reunión se verificará un mes antes del día señalado para las elecciones.
