En aquellos casos en los que se almacenen de manera digital, se podrá prescindir de los documentos físicos y las cámaras de comercio podrán destruirlos en cualquier tiempo, siempre que garanticen su reproducción exacta de acuerdo con lo establecido en las normas que expida el Archivo General de la Nación.
