" ARTICULO 3 7

"El Secretario General de la Sociedad de las Naciones llevará un registro especial donde anotará las Partes que hayan firmado o ratificado la presente Convención, las que a ella se adhieran, y las que la denuncien. Tal registro estará permanentemente abierto a las Partes contratantes y a los miembros de la Sociedad de las Naciones, y se publicará con la frecuencia que fuere posible, según las indicaciones del Consejo.
