De la Inscripción a la carrera. El ingreso a la carrera se hará mediante resolución de inscripción, previa la realización del proceso de selección y una vez superado el periodo de prueba. El escalafonamiento en carrera otorga al funcionario la plenitud de los derechos inherentes a ella, conforme a la ley y los reglamentos.
