ARTICULO 95 . Decisión sobre la acumulación . La acumulación se decretará de oficio o a petición de parte. Recibida la solicitud o los informes correspondientes, el juez decidirá dentro de los tres días siguientes, mediante auto interlocutorio. Efectuada la acumulación, para todos los efectos legales se entenderá que las diversas actuaciones se convierten en un solo proceso. La apelación del auto que decrete o niegue la acumulación se resolverá de plano por el respectivo superior, dentro del término de tres días. CAPITULO VIII COLISION DE COMPETENCIAS
