El agente de ejecuciones Fiscales de que trata el artículo 5.° de la Ley 76 de 1914 , dependerá directamente del Ministerio respectivo y rendirá sus cuentas a cada una de las Administraciones de Correos y Telégrafos, según el caso. El Jefe la Sección de Contabilidad del Ministerio practicara visita mensual en aquella Oficina y pasara copia del acta a la Administración respectiva.
