ARTICULO 3° Con base en el certificado número 19511 de fecha 2 de noviembre de 1948, expedido por la Contraloria General de la República, hácese en el Presupuesto de Rentas y Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia fiscal en curso, el siguiente traslado:

Ministerio de Higiene.

Ministerio de Educación Nacional.

Al Capítulo 96, artículo 1806-B. Para dar cumplimiento a la Ley 97 de 1947, sobre el Colegio de San
