ART 296. Estas recompensas no pueden otorgarse sino por una sola vez. Cuando se obtengan por personas distintas del mismo agraciado, la suma correspondiente se dividirá por partes iguales entre las diversas personas que tengan el mismo derecho: para este efecto se dispone que tales derechos se sujetarán á las reglas establecidas en el Código Civil para la sucesión intestada.
