Quien figure en una lista de elegibles será excluido de la misma, por la entidad, cuando se compruebe que se cometió error aritmético en la sumatoria de los puntajes de las distintas pruebas o cuando, sin justa causa, no acepte el nombramiento para el empleo objeto del concurso.
