Art. 219. Para que sea admitida una tercería coadyuvante o excluyente, es preciso que se haga pro escrito en el papel correspondiente y en la forma que la ley prescribe para toda demanda en juicio ordinario, debiendo el opositor a acompañar a su demanda de tercería el documento o la prueba en que funda su oposición.
