ARTICULO 4 º. Para efectos de la incorporación de los funcionarios a la planta de personal del Ministerio de Justicia, establecida en el presente Decreto, se procederá de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 81 del Decreto-ley 1042 del 7 de junio de 1978.
