ARTICULO 328 . OPORTUNIDAD. El plazo para presentar ante la aduana la solicitud de autorización de embarque, para la exportación del menaje, será de treinta (30) días calendario, antes de la salida del propietario o de ciento veinte (120) días calendarios siguientes a la fecha de salida del mismo.
