Las liquidaciones que la Caja de Auxilio y Prestaciones de ACDAC hiciere a cargo de las empresas nacionales de aviación civil de acuerdo con el articulo anterior, serán exigibles a su presentación y tendrán preferencia en caso de quiebra o de liquidación de cualquiera de las entidades obligadas a su pago.
